The Leadership in Strategic Communication Workshop

A Unique and Transformational Learning Experience for Communication Professionals

July 8-27, 2018 | Baltimore, MD

The Johns Hopkins Center for Communication Programs (CCP) invites you to attend the Leadership in Strategic Communication Workshop (LSCW). The three-week workshop is designed for communication professionals who want hands-on experience developing culturally relevant social and behavior change interventions guided by experts in the field of behavior change.

You will learn how to:

  • Write a strategic communication plan
  • Design and implement evidence-based messages
  • Use digital tools to reach your audience
  • Communicate during a crisis
  • Measure and evaluate program results

Led by a distinguished faculty of public health, policy and development experts, the event has been described as a transformative experience, designed for versatile, dynamic individuals who seek to lead within and beyond their organizations.

How to apply: Apply online at ccp.jhu.edu/lscw. The deadline is June 1. Tuition is $6,950. Travel, visas, hotel and living expenses are not included in the tuition. All participants are required to stay at the selected hotel and pay for a meal package.

Lisa has over ten years of experience working on USAID-funded and privately-funded family planning (FP) and reproductive health (RH) and HIV/AIDS projects. Lisa is a certified Knowledge Manager and has a Master of Public Health from Case Western Reserve University and a BA from the College of Wooster. She is currently based in North Carolina.
